1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Elijah: AI Bible Companion ("Elijah", "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is operated by Gamikaze Scheidegger, a registered business in Switzerland (CHE-467.312.860).
2. Description of Service
Elijah is an AI Bible companion chat app. The App supports:
- Text chat: Send and receive text messages with Elijah.
- Voice chat: Send and receive voice messages with Elijah.
- No image or video generation: This App does not include image or video features.
- No credit packs: Access is based on active subscription plans.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Monthly subscription: USD 12.99 per month.
- Yearly subscription: USD 79.99 per year.
- Yearly free trial: The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible users.
- Trial billing: No payment is charged during the first 3 days of the yearly trial. If not canceled before trial end, the yearly subscription is automatically charged by Apple.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through Apple subscription settings.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.
An active subscription allows unlimited text and voice messaging inside the App while your subscription remains valid.
4. Accounts and Access
- The App uses an anonymous account model tied to the app installation and backend identity services.
- You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and Apple account.
- Purchase restore options are subject to Apple and RevenueCat entitlement validation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Illegal activity or content
- Threats, harassment, or hate content
- Attempts to bypass technical protections or abuse the service
- Use that infringes third-party rights
6. AI Limitations and Disclaimer
- Elijah is AI-generated and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent responses.
- The App is provided for informational and companion-style interaction.
- Do not rely on App output for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional decisions.
7. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party providers, including Firebase/Google Cloud, Google Gemini API, RevenueCat, and the Apple App Store. Service availability may depend on these providers.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are subject to the courts of Switzerland.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
