1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TurboPost ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
TurboPost is operated by Gamikaze Scheidegger, a registered business in Switzerland (CHE-467.312.860).
2. Description of Service
TurboPost is a mobile application that generates social media captions from voice input or text. The App uses artificial intelligence to create customized captions for various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TurboPost. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
4. User Account
Anonymous Accounts
TurboPost creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You do not need to provide personal information such as your name or email address to use the App.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
5. Subscription Terms
Available Plans
TurboPost offers the following subscription options:

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Credit System
- 1 Credit = 1 Caption generation for all selected platforms
- Credits refresh at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless we notify you of a price change
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select TurboPost
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Alternatively, you can cancel directly in the TurboPost app via Settings > Manage subscription.
Refunds
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly
- We cannot process refunds ourselves
- To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Free Trial
- If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use TurboPost to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Circumvent any usage limits or security measures
- Share or resell your account or generated credits
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The TurboPost App, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Gamikaze Scheidegger and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of the original voice recordings and text you input
- You own the captions generated by the App based on your input
- You grant us a limited license to process your input to provide the service
- We do not claim ownership of your generated captions
AI-Generated Content
- Captions are generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI). While you own the output, please note:
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing captions before use
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content
8. Disclaimers
"As Is" Service
TurboPost is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of content
No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated captions will be suitable for your specific needs
- The App will be compatible with all devices
- Results will lead to increased engagement or followers
Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (OpenAI, Firebase, RevenueCat). We are not responsible for any issues caused by these services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Gamikaze Scheidegger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamikaze Scheidegger from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you create or share using the App
11. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Change features, pricing, or subscription terms
- Update these Terms of Use
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the App or our website.
12. Termination
By You
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the Settings menu.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- We discontinue the service
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gamikaze Scheidegger regarding the use of TurboPost.
